Well, Alan managed to set up this webcam for me this afternoon. I could have done it myself but I needed to get on with some chores. As I say in the clip I am using this to see myself as other people might see me. I blink a lot and a sway a lot. I mumble and I struggle to say what is on my mind. Watch for more....it might interesting or not.

Interesting video...I have a few comments.
First, go and check out these links..

There are lots and lots of websites that help in selling yourself in a job interview...go and Google a bit. I used to do this when I was looking for work and I learnt how to sell myself. This is what it is all about - selling yourself.
Also, go and sit in front of a mirror and do exactly what you did on that video. You'll be shocked at how retiring and hesitant you appear.
You need to become more animated and enthusiastic. Practice, practice practice.
You don't give a good impression of yourself. In that video I saw a shy, uncertain woman who offered nothing of value to any company.
Rehearse your answers until you can talk about yourself, your skills and experience, and what you can offer the organisation, without thinking.
You also blink way too much - it is terribly distracting. Practice keeping it down to a minimum and SIT STILL.
I am not meaning to be rude and cruel but you do need help and I'd love to see you get a job.
Good luck!
Hi there! How lovely to see you 'in the flesh' as they say. The biggest thing I got from your video is that you don't look relaxed at all and not very happy. I think it would probably make you come across as lacking confidence to an interviewer. You didn't smile at all either which probably comes over as unenthusiastic. I'm not criticising you understand, just trying to be helpful. I think if you could try to relax, and not take interviews too 'seriously' that might help a bit - and try to smile, because smiling itself will probably help you to relax also. I do feel for you - I'm sure I come across like that too often as well - with me it is definitely a lack of confidence or maybe just a lack of interview skills. Oh dear, I don't know if that has been very helpful has it? I know it's easier said than done but I'm sure you can do it if you just relax. Good luck! xx
