and we still don't have a clue! Worse than that, we have a notice from the IRS saying one figure in our return from last year is incorrect. Sure enough when I checked, it might well be wrong which is weird because it was a straight forward return. I have looked and looked, without seeing where turbo tax got the figure from and its a mystery. Anyway, we have given in the towel for this year and will be going to a CPA asap, as we know we owe tax so we don't want to be paying any interest. Whilst there I will get them to look at the last years as well to see where the mistake was made. I am not sure I trust Turbo Tax anymore.
So that was my day, digging through all the info I could find and gathering it together. The other problem of the day was sorting out Alan's college fees. Seems although we pay his fees, housing and everything else, we have no rights to his college account. So the wayward check that they have of mine, they cannot tell me where it is as its Alan's account! I hate bureaucracy and I really hate America Ball crap bureaucracy. It seems designed to fleece you at every turn.
Of course now I can blame my outlook on my age! Its official! I am post menopausal ....yeah...no? Seems my blood test on Monday confirms that I am no longer producing any follicle-stimulating hormones.
Thats it for today, I am officially calling it a day!

Ah just join the club Jacqui and be free of all this hormonal crap for the first time since you were 10 or 12 or whatever...think on it as a freedom from, rather than a lacking of...most thinking women come into their own post menopause, but causes a few hiccups with family sometimes...
