6 weird things about me

I saw this on Judy Scott's blog and thought why not?

  1. I love pickle onions. I love them so much my Nan use to buy a jar as an extra Christmas present each year

  2. I hate feet, they are ugly.

  3. I hate broad beans, even the smell of them makes me feel ill.

  4. Sometimes I can start to laugh and long after the thing that has set me off, I am still laughing. I once laugh loudly for more than hour over nothing

  5. I didn't know my alphabet until I had my kids. I could never remember the sequence for some reason. I always had problems reading because I would get distracted by something as I was reading to the teacher. If I made a mistake, the teacher would make us start the book over again. Consequently I never finished the Janet and John books so everyone was surprisd when the first book I read from cover to cover was "Oliver Twist" by Charles Dickens. Nobody realised I could actually read until then. I was 10.

  6. I came 3rd in the Greater London schools Discus Championship when I was 15, it wasn't the greatest moment of my life. Who wants to be a Discus thrower?

Better to miss the "john and wendy" - in Australia...(maybe Janet and john over your way books)...you would have managed to save most of your mind...

brilliant ~ glad I inspired you to have a go, Stevie hates feet too!!! and I love pickled onions but only in sweet vinegar.

thankyou for the message, it was such a huge thing to carry and I just couldnt carry it anymore.
I had to do something to acknowledge my babys existence. As you know I am so lucky that I have 3 children now but I cant ever forget the little one that came and went and had such a big impact on my life.

I feel for your aunt she must hurt so much inside.

Hope you're surviving and keeping cosy! its very VERY cold here xxx Jude xxx
