This was sent to me by sister who lives in Canberra, Australia and here are my answers.
1. What is your occupation? House engineer, everyone's sounding board, taxi driver (almost in retirement), artist,2. Like banana sandwiches?
Yes I lover banana sandwiches, preferably with chocolate spread but as I am on 'diet' its my least favourite food.
3. What are you listening to right now?
Nothing but if I had a cd on I would be listening to something from Nicket Creek, my favourite band at the moment.
4. What was the last thing you ate?
My breakfast, a bowl of porridge oats made with water, touch of salt. Once it is cooked I add a sweetner sachet, a teaspoon of ground flax seed and a touch of milk.
5. Do you wish on stars?
sometimes
6. If you were a crayon, what colour would you be?
Red
7. How is the weather right now?
windy and probably hot but as I am indoors, I don't know but its sunny. Today's temp is meant to hit a high of 79 before a cold front hits tomorrow, when the high will be 42.
8. Last person you spoke to on the phone?
Gordon to tell him the PC is fixed and that the outlook for Zephyr doesn't look hopeful.
9. Do you like the person who sent this to you?
Most definitely, just wish she was closer to me in distance. I suspect if we lived close we would be in each other house all the time. I really miss my sister.
10. How old are you today?
48. too old to looking for a new career.
11. Favourite sport to watch?
None
12. Have you ever dyed your hair?
Yes, in fact Gordon was convinced he married a natural red head (used henna I was such a hippy!). Now its just peppered grey.
13. Do you wear contacts or glasses?
Yes, have needed glasss since I was young as I have a 'lazy' eye but now I am just old and need them to read .....anything!!!!!
14. Pets
Angus, dog, aged 3.5 Zephyr, cat aged 3.5, Mo, cat, aged 3.5 and finally Skara aka devil who chews shoe laces, 8 month old. Over the past 5 yrs we have also had 3 snakes and a duck.
15. Favourite month?
Here in TX, March before it gets to hot, in the UK, December as I actually liked the dark nights.
16. Favourite food?
What are called chips over here and crisps in the UK.
17. What was the last movie you watched?
Last movie we went to see at the cinema, Syriana with George Clooney. rivetting film.
18. Favourite day of the year?
Christmas day at the moment.
19. What do you do to prevent anger?
What is anger...I rant!

Baby Anne, a large baby doll which I still have.

a multitude of things but all tidy in boxes.

Helped set up the laptop with internet access because my youngest couldn't live without for an evening. Watched, American Idol, Lost, Invasion and The Daily Show with John Stewart. Cooked dinner and completed tidying up the office.

Going back to work

Cat - your bog standard cat which isn't breed. Dog - A springer spaniel.
34. Number of keys on your key ring?
too many but only the house key and mail ket are used.

19 since I gave up paid employment.

37. How many cities have you lived in?
London (Victoria, Paddington and Thamesmead) Corsham (actually a small town but as this probably an american quiz, everywhere is a city), Newport, (in Gwent Wales), Worcester MA, Linlithgow Scotland, Crook of Devon Scotland, Kinross, Scotland and finally Pflugerville TX.
Update on Zephyr…just spoken to Vet, and she is fine…she is most definitely blind but apart from that she is fine.
