It's a gloomy damp Monday

Well its now 1.09 and I have wasted the best part of the day on this blog. Mess up on my first entry and it disappeared, so had to retype it, get all the links. So think I should give up now. This morning I had to take Skara to the vet to be done, so no doubt she will be a very sorry kitten tonight.

Over the weekend as predicted the weather improved a lot only for it to be a crappy day today and apparently, its going to be like that until Thursday. I attempted to get Emily out of bed this morning but there is still no sign of her yet. Hopefully she is watching TV upstairs and not just lying in bed like normal. Even as a teenager I use to find it difficult to stay in bed until mid-day unlike Gordon. When I started going out with Gordon, I use to be amazed at how he could sleep until mid-day or longer. Now he doesn't sleep that late but his naps are lengendary - most evening for an hour or so-claims he isn't really asleep, just resting his eyes

Well, over the weekend, Alan finally found the car of his dreams - or rather it found him. His best friend's granparents were getting rid of their current car and it fitted in to his plans. So he now truly independent and I will now definitely have to find a job I suppose it will be for the best in the long run but it doesn't mean I am happy about it.

Hi Jacqui,
Well I did enjoy reading you & your familys’ complete history so I thought I’d reciprocate into your guestbook. This is a useful tool to keep you sane?, like a diary I suppose and it gets you off the streets. But unfortunately you’d then become a slave of the computer, so tell me about it!
Your daughter is a talented photographer, quite photogenic too - must have your ‘arty’ bits in the genes.
Keep painting, stay safe… feel the energy again.
